Every supplier meets STF requirements, holds valid licences and insurance, and passes our own rigorous safety checks.

We provide practical safety information before departure, including risk assessment guidance. Want to visit your destination in advance? We offer two nights’ bed and breakfast for Party Leaders completing pre-tour checks.
Our team is trained to support safe educational visits. We recommend schools follow OEAP National Guidance and complete Visit Leader and EVC Training via EVOLVE Advice.
We maintain a comprehensive Incident Management Plan, tested regularly and supported by a 24-hour emergency helpline. Every incident is logged, reviewed, and acted upon.
For any medical emergencies we urge groups to follow their emergency procedures, additionally contact the local emergency services using the number provided by the FCDO Travel Advice.
